The Vonn story is very interesting. I agree completely with your posts on sex selling sex. A point discussed last night among friends centered around Vonn using the injury to increase exposure. Is that also part of the conflict with this marketing of women in sport? Do the females get to use the market to make monetary gains? Is that similar or different than using non active images of themselves in media? Just a thought or two.
